•The MC abrasive grain, with its
fine sintered structure, provides the highest performance
among our general-purpose grinding wheel products. The
MC grinding wheel will not suffer large-scale grain fracture
even if operated under heavy duty grinding conditions,
and successively self-generates microscopic cutting edges
to maintain stable cutting sharpness. It is composed of
very hard and tough high-purity aluminum oxide and achieves
superior grinding performance for difficult-to-grind materials
such as high-speed steel and various hardened materials.
Regarding the bond type, we are able to manufacture both
V (Vitrified) and B (Resinoid) types.
•Compared to conventional grinding wheels, the MC
grinding wheel greatly extends the interval between dressing
for the groove grinding or plunge-cut applications of
cylindrical grinding that requires both shape-retaining
capability and cutting sharpness. In recent years, the
combination of the BEX series and MC series has produced
superior results for the double-headed surface grinding
of nitriding treated bearing parts. |

has similar characteristics to ceramic abrasive. It is
simple to upgrade the conventional WA or PA type general-purpose
grinding wheel to the SU wheel, so the tool purchase cost
can be reduced by replacing ceramic type abrasive with
the SU series.
»Compared to ceramic abrasive, the SU wheel is easier
to dress and dresser wear is smaller. The SU wheel provides
good cutting sharpness when grinding SCM steel and other
hardened steels. In particular, the SU series boasts superior
results for the cylindrical grinding of various automobile
