Low deterioration under high-temperature operating conditions
and low seasonal variance in productivity thanks to the
use of a special resin which is highly resistant to water
and heat.
In addition, the highly porous structure created by our
special manufacturing process provides excellent cutting
sharpness and strongly retains the abrasive grains. As a
result, the wheel grade can be designed softer than conventional
resinoid wheels and a high grinding ratio is achieved. Compared
to ordinary resinoid wheels, excess grain fallout is prevented
and higher grinding accuracy is achieved at the same grain
size. |
